Additional Months. SSNW vacant home prices reflect the first month of staging. This includes labor; truck expenses, gas, prepping time, and de-staging costs and the first 30 days the furnishing are in the home. Every additional month is billed at 40% of the initial cost. Lived in Staging is charged at an hourly rate. The first 2 hours are billed at $300, and $100/hour every hour after the first 2. Additional charged will be applied if SSNW furnishings are rented.
