Vacant Home Staging: We have enough furnishings to stage up to 20 houses at one time, which means we have the vacant-home-staging down-pat! We do also offer partial staging. Your needs might only require some neutral artwork and greenery. Sound Staging NW can help with that.
Furniture Rental: Since Sound Staging NW has large inventory we are able to rent certain items to realtors and other stagers. We specialize in renting larger furniture specifically for staging needs. We can also rent artwork and accessories.

Lived-In Staging: SSNW will work with the home-owner and agent to detail a house for the market. We will usually come for a consultation, walk through the house and leave a detailed list of to-do items for the homeowner. SSNW can either complete the list for the homeowner or the homeowner can start themselves. Staging a lived-in home is a collaborative effort and our team works very hard to make sure the home and furnishings look their best!
